At the 'Main Menu' of disc 4 of the set go to 'Special Features' and select the 'Friends of Friends' menu entry. On the next screen press the 'Left' arrow key on your remote control to highlight the coffee cup in the upper left corner of the screen. Press 'Enter' to view footage of a 'Crew Cameo' in which the seriesÂ’actual executive producers appear as casting directors in a scene.
