At the 'Main Menu' of disc 2 select 'Image Database' and then go to 'Sets And Locations'. The 12th picture in the series (7th for REGION 2) is of Halle Berry in a bikini. Using your remote control press the 'Enter' key and you will be taken to the secret menu where you can select one of the three angles used to edit this scene, all three at once or use the angle key on your remote control to switch between them during play mode.
