At the 'Main' menu for 'Record Challenge' hold R1 and R2 and enter the following codes to unlock their effect in the game.
Unlock ALL Normal Cars:
Press Right, Left, Right, Left, Down, Up, Down, Up.
Unlock ALL Courses:
Press Down, Up, Down, Up, Left, Right, Left, Right.
