Hi everyone, these are my cheats that I found out my self.

1. All levels completed ,new area unlocked

pause the game, then hold L and press Y,X,A(2),B. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear music.

2. REFUEL YOUR VEHICLE

pause the game, then hold L and press B,Y,A,X,B,X. if you ented the code correctly, you will hear music.

3. level select

pause the game, then hold L and press A,Y,X,B,Y,X IF YOU ENTERED THE CODE CORRECTLY, YOU WILL HEAR MUSIC.
