To get a Devil chao let it die twice and once again, if you treat the chao nicely,a egg will appear..

Raise it with a Dark character and make it black. Once again, give the chao all 21 animals. .

Then give it a dark fruit which is in the vmu chip again. then let it grow in a cocoon and it will turn into a Devil chao..
