Shutokou Battle Cheats for Dreamcast
To get your cars for free simply choose your first car and then when you have to choose the number plate, you just select the jap symbols using the a button as normal but when it comes to the numbers select the first number using the y button.

It will auto select a number for you if its not 7 then press b to go back and press y again once all four numbers are 7 eg: 77-77 (this may take a while)just go to select car and youll notice that your money is still the same.

Just sell the car then repeat the process as many times as you like to start with whatever car you want
