How to get mystic melody with eggman?

I can get it with the others but not him...

Go to the sand ocean level at the turn table thing you will notice a second pathway. Go down there and you should find it!

Dr.Eggman's Mystic Melody equipment can be found in the Sand Ocean Level. Find a moving platform and a mini castle and it should be there. Hope this helps.
