Player two Forever!
In 2 player mode, select a jet with player one, then press select your jet for player two by pressing Start+A on controller 2.
To play as Stranger, enter the gallery and press B,X,Y,B(x2),Y,X,B. This is also unlocked if you can complete the game without continuing.
