Walkthrough

Raynard is traveling merchant so you'll find him in the following locations:

• Gran Soren, near Fountain Square

• Greatwall

• Rest Camp, south of the Shadow Fort

• Encampment

• Cassardis

Buy any ten items from Raynard then exit the transaction window to initiate a conversation with him. He will ask you to bring him two different items.

1. Scrap Iron (dropped by skeletons and skeleton knights; obtained from discarded equipment piles)

2. Miasmite (dropped by phantoms; can be crafted)

After giving him the two items, make ten more purchases and he'll ask you to find six journal entries.

1. First Journal Entry : Found in a chest in the Encampment

2. Second Journal Entry : Found in a chest in the Catacombs, 2nd level underground

3. Third Journal Entry : Found in a chest in the Venery in Gran Soren. You have to access the rooftops. Consult your map and look for a ladder in an alley. The chest is located on the roof of the Black Cat.

4. Fourth Journal Entry : Found in a chest in an abandoned camp in the Miasmic Hunt, southern Barta Crags

5. Fifth Journal Entry : Found in a chest in Soulflayer Canyon. Enter from the Greatwall (western) entrance and head to the wooden bridge.

6. Sixth Journal Entry : Found in a chest in the Ancient Quarry

Hand over the journals to Raynard to complete the quest.
