Overecumbered is when you are carry more items then your allowed. Open up your Pip Boy and check your items list. Find the place where it has a fraction with the Weight abbreviation next to it. It should tell you how much over your max you are. Just drop or sell items until your wieght drops BELOW the max.

By the crashed UFO you mean the one that is in the normal, none DLC part, of the game? You should get a quest update if your doing everything right, if not then I believe your at the wrong UFO

Not sure, but I use a Guitar hero mic so as long as you can plug it into the system just go to Accessory Settings, Microphone Settings, and adjust it until the system picks up sound from it.

After you break out of the chair at the main menu, by pressing l1 and r1 repeatedly, walk around the room until you find a computer. Press and hold the use button to turn it on. Then type in zork on it. After that you should get an achievement for doing so.

To use the Counter Spy plane you need to get four kills in a row without dying then press right on the D-pad.
If your talking about the Jammer, which is a piece of equipment that jams radar within a small area, then you must buy it first. Go to create-a-class select equipment and buy the jammer for 5000 points. Then while in game press up on the Directional pad then press R1 to place it.

Grabbing the quick revive doesn't do anything except let you revive when your downed.
