The Perks

In MW3 there are perks that can help you when you play online. There are three tiers or sets of perks, the first group of perks are blue, the second group of perks are red, and the last group of perks are yellow. In MW3 there are fifteen perks in all, but you can only choose three when your going into a game. So here are a list of the perks.


First Group (Blue)
  • Extreme Conditioning~ You will be able to run alittle longer than usual. With this perk pro you can climb objects faster.

  • Sleight of Hand~ You will be able to reload faster with this perk. When you get this perk pro you can swap weapons faster.

  • Scavenger~ With this perk you will be able to pick up little ammo packs and resupply your ammo when you kill an enemy. With this perk pro you will begin with more ammo.

  • Blind Eye~ With this perk enemy aircraft can't spot you. With this perk pro when you use a Stinger it locks on faster.

  • Recon~ With this perk explosive damage will show the enemy on the mini map. With this perk pro bullet damage will show the enemy on the mini map.


  • Second Group (Red)
  • Hardline~ With this perk every killstreak cost one less meaning the UAV costs three kills, but it will only cost two kills when you use this perk. When this perk is pro two assists counts as a kill.

  • Assassin~ You won't be detected by enemy UAV's when you use this perk. With this perk pro when a enemy looks or aims at you it will not show a red crosshair or name. You can also play dead when you get prone then keep pressing triangle.

  • Blast shield~ With this perk explosive damage isn't that effective on you. With this perk pro you are more resistant to stun or flash grenades.

  • Quickdraw~ With this perk you can aim down the sights faster. When this perk is pro you throw your equipment down faster and throw stuns and flash grenades faster.

  • Overkill~ When you use this perk you can carry two primary weapons, which isn't good because you'll run really slow. When this perk is pro you can add two attachments to your second weapon just like your primary.


  • Third Group (Yellow)
  • Stalker~ With this perk when you aim down your sights you will strafe faster. With this perk pro you can run over IMS's and they will go off 5 seconds later giving you a chance to get away.

  • Steady Aim~ When you use this perk your hipfire accuracy will increase, you should use this perk with sub machine guns and akimbo weapons. With this perk pro you'll get the advantage to pull your trigger before your enemy does.

  • Marksman~ With this perk when you aim down your sights you'll see you enemies name from a long distance. With this perk pro you can hold your breath longer when you use a sniper. You should use a sniper when you use this perk.

  • Sitrep~ When you use this perk you will be able to see enemy equipment, it will be glowing red and you can see it through the walls. With this perk pro the enemies foot steps will be louder, you should use a 3D surround sound headset to hear their footsteps better. /li]
  • Dead Silence~ With this perk no one can hear your footsteps when you walk. With this perk pro you can jump off high spots and not take any damage.
