Introduction

One of the greatest games ever created, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 became the biggest entertainment launch in U.S. History, and probably the world. Already making over a billion dollars, this has to be widely popular, but how did it make so much money? Why does everybody play it? In this review, you will find out.

Graphics

The Graphics are simply amazing in this game. From the guns, to the people, to the grass, to just everything. The Campaign is just purely beautiful, but short. Watching it from that point of view makes war look real, and with their new game Engine, the details are up to date, and just want you to watch it.

Sound

The sound is also realistic. Try shooting one of those guns in real life and compare it to the game. Realistic? Of course it is. Everything from walking to a faint sniper bullet being shot off the distance, you will always be on alert. The music to the game is always orchestrated and gives the campaign some feeling, which will want you to play it more.

Gameplay

The Gameplay is just wow. Simple. The campaign continuing off the first one will keep you off the edge of your seat, and probably will want you to break your controller if you play on Veteran. Special Ops is a new feature and gives you more challenges to play when you want something else to do, or want a challenge. Great with two people. The Multiplayer some say is just perfected, some say it needs a lot of help. I think the multiplayer is now fine with the recent patch that came out. Glitches have been fixed. The new multiplayer has some new game modes, like third person, and a lot of new weapons and perks. Oh, and enjoy trying to get a nuke.

Lastability

If you have Live, the lastability will never end. If you loved the campaign so much, you can replay it over again on Veteran. You have the challenging Special Ops missions you need to do on Veteran, and you can test your skills with some of the best players in the world on Multiplayer. You just won't simply get bored playing this game. If you don't have Live, then this game might get a little boring. Without Live, I would give this a 7/10.

Overall

I rated everything a 10/10, so this game overall gets a perfect score. Everything Infinity Ward did to this game made it what it did today. Good story, good fun with friends on Spec Ops, and made some new rivals on Multiplayer, and some new friends. What else would you want from a Great game? A third one of course...
