Full Review for Bully by diehardgames

Introduction

This is a game from the makers of the Grand Theft Auto series. This is Rockstars version of a kid getting dropped into a boarding school while his newly wed parents go on their honeymoon. You are Jimmy Hopkins a street smart kid with a criminal background.

Graphics

This game runs on the same game engine as Grand Theft Auto San Andreas
So the graphics have to be good, and they are. There is a wide variety of character models with each specific faces and personality. You also never see the same person twice in the school.

Sound

The sound is good because there is a great script and almost all the characters in the game have an Individual voice and catchprase. Your character Jimmy Hopkins has a well written dialogue. Since Jimmy has a wide dialogue he can get through all sorts of situations.

Gameplay

The game lasts about 20 hours (for the less experienced gamers) and the missions are open ended and since your in a school you are expected to attend two classes per day.
Timetable in game- Wake up at 8am
Morning Class 9am - 11:30am
Lunch- 11:30am - 1pm
Afternoon Class 1pm - 3:30pm
After that you are aloud to go about doing tasks untill 11pm which is curfew but you can stay out after that as long as you dodge the Prefects roming around the campus untill 2am. If you don't go to bed before 2am you will pass out and wake up at 8am.

Lastability

After you complete the game you are free to go and do whatever you want like go out to the near by town and complete errands like paper rounds and stuff like that. You can also stay in school and beat up random people or prefects but that will get you into deep trouble but so will the beating up random people.

Overall

So overall Bully is a good game that is worth buying and is an interesting game from start to finish. If you want a real challenge then go out and get another game. The one downside to the game is that real life 15 year olds don't pass out wherever at 2am.
