Question for Brigandine: The Legend of Runersia

I have two lvl 20 dragons and it doesnt let me evolve them to the next class it tells me that they don't have the required stats to go to the next class

Did you level them up at level 10 as you can only do level ups in bursts of 10 so you can only get level 20 after you upgrade at level 10 first
