Introduction

Helo everybody, I am here to help you decied if Blinx The Time Sweeper is a good game to get. Though you souldn't, but that is okay. I mean you want this game alot, then you should get it, but I recomend renting first. This way you know the dissapointments of the game. Besides Blinx 2 is better anyway, by alot.

Graphics

The graphics were good, but they don't redeaem anything. That is a shame. Besides the time crsitals don't lopk the same in gameplay as in the interface. The landscapes look twissted and awesome. The bad guys are ok, but some of the same type of monster are coler coded, so you know how tough the are.

Sound

There was no english voices for Blinx, and little voice acting at all. The monster sounds got repetive. I kinda like the muisc though. And that littlle thing Blinx says when he dies is the most annoying thing in the world. A shame because the music is good.

Gameplay

The ablilty of time contrls was cool, but you have to collet 3 of the same cristals in order to get one. This was hard because the cristals they show you look differant in the game. Also Blinx is too slow, a major wound because you only have 10 minnites. You be missing bad guys alot for lack of lockon and a bad cammera. Besides you ammo is trash, which isn't a issue in the first levels, but latter on trash is limmted and doesn't come back. This is made worst by Blinx dieing in one hit, so he loses lifes a lot. Lifes can be gained on levels only by colleleting the right cristal. You can only have so many at a time, like with powers, and if do not get a least 3 of the replay (life) cristal, then all cristals collected are wasted.

Lastability

This score is only because after 2 days of playing, you will never touch it again. I mean you won't beat it in a day or two, you just won't play again. I was lucky that I borrowed it for free. I just played it so I could see where Blinx series started.

Overall

This game was horrable. I was so sad, and dissapointed, it was not funny. After this I was glad I played blinx 2 first. For with out blinx 2 thes seires would be dammed. So if you want to get a Blinx get Blinx 2. Trust me you have a hell of alot more fun.
