After clearing the game, 4 red ship marks will show up in the world map. These Legendary Ships serve as optional bosses that have ridiculous levels, top-notch hull armour and elite attack weapons. You should consider leveling up, or better yet max out all of your upgrades before even thinking about trying to face these tough world-class brigs. They give out 20,000 Reales upon getting destroyed and you will receive the Achievement ‘Devil of the Caribbean’ upon defeating all of them.
Below are the individual ships, details about them, and some tips on how to beat them:
* Legendary Ship: El Impoluto
* Ship Level: 75
* Victory Rewards: 20,000 Reales
* Ship Location: Northwestern Map Area
* Remarks:
- Has a ridiculously strong Ram which mostly kills in one hit.
- Broadside Cannons shoot an incredible number of cannons dealing insane damage.
- It's back area is the most vulnerable weakpoint out of all the ship's parts.
- If it turns to Ram you, turn quickly and face the enemy ship with your back, then brace.
- Counter with you heavy shots, broadsides, then swivel cannons once it misses the Ram attack.
* Legendary Ship: La Dama Negra
* Ship Level: 75
* Victory Rewards: 20,000 Reales
* Ship Location: Southwestern Map Area
* Remarks:
- Has the distinction of being the only ship with invisible mortars, the target marker not visible.
- It's mortars does not show the red markers aiming down at you, just watch them from above.
- Broadside Cannons shoot an incredible number of cannons dealing insane damage.
- It's back area is the most vulnerable weakpoint out of all the ship's parts.
- If it turns to Ram you, turn quickly and face the enemy ship with your back, then brace.
- Counter with you heavy shots, broadsides, then swivel cannons once it misses the Ram attack.
* Legendary Ship: HMS Prince
* Ship Level: 75
* Victory Rewards: 20,000 Reales
* Ship Location: Southeastern Map Area
* Remarks:
- Battle Area is covered with thick fog, disturbing your field of vision across the whole battle.
- Shoots multiple consecutive mortars dealing very high damage from far away.
- Stay as close as you can to it to avoid the mortars, then shoot heavy shots up close.
- It's back area is the most vulnerable weakpoint out of all the ship's parts.
- If it turns to Ram you, turn quickly and face the enemy ship with your back, then brace.
- Counter with you heavy shots, broadsides, then swivel cannons once it misses the Ram attack.
* Legendary Ship: The Brothers-In-Arms
* Ship Level: 75
* Victory Rewards: 2 crates of 10,000 Reales each
* Ship Location: Northeastern Map Area
* Remarks:
- Two Level 75 Man o' Wars teaming up together to give you a nightmare of a naval battle.
- Stay as far away as you can while firing your mortars at them to weaken them from afar.
- After all of your mortars are gone, just focus on one first, using heavy shots and swivels.
- It's back area is the most vulnerable weakpoint out of all the ship's parts.
- If it turns to Ram you, turn quickly and face the enemy ship with your back, then brace.
- Counter with you heavy shots, broadsides, then swivel cannons once it misses the Ram attack.

Wow... Just found "rogue mirza" ship at coordinates 731 326. Never b
Heard of it or seen it before.. Picked up a sword called mirzas third arm...amazing
you have to find the elite plan's. Or, you can buy the time saver, where you do not have to find any of the upgrades, you still have to pay for them, and you have to have the wood, and metal to make them. most of everything you can find that upgrades the hull, cannons, swivel, and mortar is in the deep water wrecks. It will however tell you contains and upgrade plan. But it don't tell you witch one before you know it you will have all the plans. but still, it is just as hard to beat them fully upgraded. however EL Impaluto is the only ship that charges and you can use a well known cheat. when you get to about 570 m hold "O" to exit then the cinimatic will pop up. Run to the front of your ship wait till it gets close run up the tip and you will be able to jump aboard to kill everyone then jump off and shoot them one time. And you win. If you feel like doing it the right way then use as man barrels as you can when it charges all the other ships you can not cheat them. done tried lol.
Some of the ships can be taken on at lower rank and also you can't max your ship out until you find the elite if it is not to late
I haven't beat the game and I found one
it won't let me level up all the way I have beaten the game why will it not
