How to Upgrade Weapons and Outfits in Assassin's Creed Mirage

It is essential in Assassin's Creed Mirage that your gear is in tip-top shape wherever possible. In order to do this you will need to track down Schematics so you can upgrade your weapons and outfits. How to Upgrade Weapons and Outfits

Each of the weapons and outfits in Assassin's Creed Mirage has three tiers they can be upgraded to. Each of these tiers adds a new line of perks to the gear. Remember when selecting perks that some weapons and outfits have better upgrades than others, so you need to check them out carefully before committing to spending your resources.

• Upgrading Weapons

  To upgrade a weapon in Assassin's Creed Mirage, you must find a Blacksmith. You should be able to find a Blacksmith in the center of every town you visit across Baghdad. They will be marked on your map by the crossed swords icon.

  Providing you have the resources necessary the Blacksmith can upgrade your chosen weapon. Resources will include Steel Ingots, Leather, and Upgrade Schematics.

  Upgrade Schematics are not easy to come by, they can be obtained by ranking up the Hidden Ones, helping the people of Baghdad, or are found in heavily guarded chests which are indicated by gold chests. All the other required resources can be easily looted or purchased from Traders. You can change the appearance of your weapons at the blacksmith for a small fee.

  Remember that upgrading a weapon doesn't increase its passive perk, the only reason you should upgrade a weapon is to increase its damage. Once a weapon has been upgraded, it cannot be undone.

• Upgrading Outfits

  The outfits that you unlock in Assassins Creed Mirage each come with their own perk that will boost Basim's abilities in some way. They can be unlocked by completing missions or gathering collectibles.

  Upgrading outfits in Assassin's Creed requires finding a tailor. You will be able to spot them on your map by looking for a needle and thread icon. At the tailor, you will be able to check out what upgrades your outfit can obtain and also what materials are required for the upgrade. If you don't have the necessary resources you will have to gather them before coming back.

  There will be some outfits that will also require Schematics, most of these can be found in Gear Chests, behind barred doors, and outposts. There are a few that will be granted through the main storyline.
