Pokemon Red, Blue & Yellow Global Digital Release

As of two days ago (2-27-2016), Pokemon fans around the world can now buy, download and play the original Pokemon Games on their 3DS Consoles (3DS eShop). In honor of the Twentieth Anniversary of the Pokemon Company, Pokemon fans young and old can now relive the Pokemon Story that started it all! And with additional features that weren't included when they were first released twenty years too!

Apart of these is now the option of Wireless communication, which wasn't available when the games first hit the market decades ago. No longer will you need cables to connect to trade and battle with your friends, just working internet for your 3DS. Effort values, a concept not known about until the Third Generation of Pokemon, have also been added and clarified that allow and describe the full extent of power your Pokemon can gain on your journey through these games.

The creators have also promised that the Pokemon you obtain in these Digital Copies will also be compatible for transfer to the newest Pokemon Games (Sun & Moon) later this year with their release! They aren't believe to be compatible with the Sixth Generation Games (X/Y & OmegaRuby/AlphaSapphire), even though those games will be also compatible with Pokemon Sun & Moon.

And as with their release, us here at SuperCheats have taken the time to begin the process of recreating newer guides for the three Digital Games! So if you'd like to find an easy to understand walkthrough (that works for both the original and digital copies), or need to get the scope on the new features of the games, look no further:
