With the makers behind the Xeno- series at its helm, this wondrous and enormous landscape is one of many features. Groups of warriors can take on dinosaurs bestriding the sunny horizons. Alternatively, welcoming cities are open for a stroll. Most importantly, however, X can be daunted with flying fighter robots that transform into bikes and tanks. It's several games mentioned here, balled into one, with added weather effects, tons of skill options and monsters the size of entire cities. It's the best.

Im very suprised and happy that X made no. 1 on the list. Im glad it didnt go to another shooter or something that has been butchered to death but why is that weird ps4 game on the list? I expected Thief to be on the list or at least No Mans Sky.
I can actually answer the TESO omission, for once. It was originally pegged between the top 10, but the requirements of both a full release purchase and a heavy $15/month subscription, on top of a fragmented release (Imperials), have ultimately seen it be dropped in favor of others, like Destiny, who doesn't treat its users in that way.
