At the 'Character Selection' screen highlight Kyo and press Right, Up, Right, Up, Right, Down, Right, Down, Right, Down, Down, Left, Down, Left, Down, Left, Up, Left, Up, Left, Up.

Unlock Sherimie, Yashiro and Chris Orochi Versions:

At the 'Character Selection' screen highlight Sherimie, Yashiro or Chris and press 'Start' to Unlock their Orochi versions.

Select your Victory Pose:

When you have defeated your opponent press a Punch or Kick button.
