Unlock B. Mahler

At the 'Character Selection' screen When the timer reaches 9 seconds press Start + Up. Keep Start held down and repeatedly press Up/Left or Up/Right to move the pointer to the other side of the screen one fighter at a time. Point Up between steps and eventually the pointer will dissapear off the screen and the character portrait will change to B. Mahler.
