Unlock Sliding Mode:

Hold 'Start' and press Effector 2, Effector 1, Effector 3, Effector 4, Left Pedal, Right Pedal.

Unlock Extra Hard Radio Mix channel:

Select 'Hard Radio Mix' and then hold 'Start' and at the 'Channel Selection' screen press Effector 1, Effector 4, Key 1, Key 5, Key 3, Effector 2, Effector 3.
