When you see the 'Press Start' prompt on screen press it and squeeze the accelerator. Then at the 'Course Selection' screen hold the steering column 'Up' (press 'Start'), 'Down' (press 'Start'), Down (press 'Start'), Up (press 'Start') and squeeze the accelerator. If the code has been entered correctly you will hear a confirmation sound.
