The Joker is in the bottom right corner just south of the fency by the ocean. Between the the fence and a large tan rock with grass on top. Good Luck!
The head of the joker is at the bottom most corner of the island, yes, but here is the Foundation of it?
I've cleared everything around the head, but it isn't clickable.
