I am playing Hard mode, and lvl 99. I have searched every town, dungeon and tree, but have not find a key to ending this mode. What am I not seeing?

It's easy lol. You can enter Town of Tarshen. You must pass the historical sight and enter nifel castle and defeat Temir at the Altar of Ritual. After you defeated Temir, then kill Antione at the boss room of the very end of the maze
