How do you make an id? It wont let me play co-op, if I put someone elses id it says id can't be registered and I have to put my id but I don't know how to make on.

You will need the stone of aid in the zen shop to co-op with a higher level player.
You just need to put characters. I suggest a name fir your team. Superfire. it is only the available I think.
