I can't level up!

I reached level 10 in sims freeplay and I was just about to reach level 11. I was so happy. Weeks later I still haven't leveled up to level 11. So I click it and it says "needed to reach next level 21500/21500". I'm so confused! Why haven't I leveled up yet if I'm at 21500/21500 to reach next level? Did my game freeze? Why am I not leveling up! PLEASE HELP!

Me as well why does it say I CAN level up to level 11 I mean come on it says 21500/21500 doesn't that mean I level up!!?!?!.??????!

I have the same problem I think you might have to download additional content but I have deleted everything except the Sims and I still don't have enough storage. Its so sad

I could level up.Its just a matter of time,it's ridiculous that it takes that long.TIP:make lots of exp,like growing watermelons.Hope this helped

You make it sound as if you haven't tryed it yet. Maybe you just have to complete the quest you're on ( no, I have not tried it yet. This is just a guess.).

Omg me too! It want let me pass it and I am trying to do the baby Quest and I can't get another sim into the world!
