Problem in building Sea Voyage Boat.
When I open sea voyage boat for building it says reach level 11 and wait for the next event.What is wait for the next event?I am on level 24.

Sorry but the Event is now over, you can no longer do it. There may be another Quest one day that allows you to build the ship to the island but at the moment this is no longer possible.
