I need to know the same thing for a Quest and I only have a certain amount of days to accomplish it. The DIY Peaceful Patio one. The update.

I needed to know this one too. Finally figured it out. I clicked on someone who was my best friend and that gave me the option to hang outhe which lasts for one day.Guest answered:
I have tried clicking on my best friend and several other things gogle said to do still no luck ':(

They either need to be best friends or married, hang out will show up top right corner.
