How to add an upstairs
I need help adding on floors to one of my houses I am at level 34 and I play the game on an ipad can someone please help me?

Have you completed the Quest? If so then you need to buy stairs first

I dont know what the quest is but i also have 12 quests in my queue yet to do its taking me forever so when i go to click on build the stairs icon isnt in the build section nor the floors icon i was thinking i have to do all these quests first i will be very busy i also thought that would be a glitch in the game or something i dont know if there are any updates that i missed sure would like to get this resolved
