Does the crystal ball stop functioning after the quest is over?
The crystal ball that was used to travel to the wizard's house stopped functioning once the book of spells quest was over, even after the sim started working on the spell casting hobby. Will it work again? Or it's role is over?

It doesn't work I have been trying for ages to make my sim go back but it won't work

When I finished the Spell Casting Quest, I could have sworn that the last window that popped up said that you could still get to the wizard'so house by clicking on the crystal ball in the park. But when I went back to the park, the next time (which was only about an hour or so after I had completed the quest, the crystal ball was not there. At least, I couldn't find it...
