It's happened to me befor I had a really cool house and all the stuff I wanted but I deleted it because I thought it was boring after a while but when you go to install it again your just have to press download from I cloud and the game and it will give you all of your stuff that you had befor and all of your Sims and people.....hope I helped!!!

If you have saved your game or you logged into your Facebook or google account then you can get it back. Follow this steps:
Go to the Sims Freeplay App
Then click the button that has an icon like this --> (•••)
After that, click the key/padlock looking button
Log in to your fb account or google account
You should get your account back. If not then, I'm sorry lol.
Cheat (if you didn't get your account back)
Advance your device's time while someome is earning money so it would be easier. Some say it'll broke your device but it didn't happen to me tho.
