Where do I find a Fashion Studio

Please, I need a help. I am in level 12 and in my tutorial is design clothing and I do not know where I can find that fashion studio which I have to place in a Sim's house. Please help me how I can find it. Thanks

You purchase the Fashion design studio from the Hobby store on the map. It's right next to the Pet Store- you will find all sorts of hobby tools in the store for all ages of Sims

There is no Fashion studio.if you want one or more of your Sims to be a Fashion Designer as a Hobby.well all you have to do is build the Toys r us store on the map then buy the fashion kit and place it anywhere in the home then simply click on it and you've started there hobby.
