First, you'll have to reach level 9, then, it will say "Ocean View Estate Quest". Next, it will give you the task you have to do! If you finish it in the time limit, and you will earn the "Beachside Escape" House, and it's super cool!

I can't pay for it either, because I only hav a few because I was rushing to get stuff in the limit.

Yes, I think it means that the Beachside Escape house is UNLOCKED for you to buy it. It's the same as the 'Two and a Half Sims' Quest. If you do it in the time limit, you unlock the baby furniture, but you still have to pay for it. It is quite annoying. It would be fabulous if we got it for free but unfortunately we can't.

The Houses are located along the shore or coast on the top of the map where you can't go further.

Go to the park and then you will see a lake. There are two ducks and click at the ducks then u will see the options for the fake auction to the ducks. For the sim house blitz just click on the tv and you will see the choices

I'm stuck on level ten I need to complete three Quest ocean view mysterious island and raiders of the lost artifacts. I obviously didn't complete them within the time limits given so now how do I complete them? When I go on my queue it just tells me the ones I need but not how to do them. Please help quick.
