I've unlocked the microphone, why can't I find it?
I've just unlocked the microphone as part of the Road to Fame quest but it's not available in the store. My time to complete the quest has expired & my teen is only up to level 5/6. Any clues?

Still having a problem with this! I've been stuck since November. I've unlocked the microphone and can not find it anywhere. In very upset with the lack of organized effort being out into this "Road to Fame" Quest. I'm excited about the town sign and the Teen Idol mansion. I would love to accomplish both so please fix this glitch. It's very annoying.

Same here 83% .9 songs wont unlock electric guitire or microphone don't know what to do

Buy the triangle shaped electric "standard" Guitar (the one already used is the "bass" guitar) in the teen Items and use it. The microphone will then be unlocked.

Hey guys! So I don't know if I have been blind or we are all blonde :P we have to unlock the 6 songs using the electric Guitar not the microphone! And the microphone is available after you have unlock the 3 songs as the electric guitar.
Note: there is electric and bass guitars. Bass Guitar has been used, now you need the electric guitar

I brought my sim an electric guitar as well as the autistic version and when she played a song the one she hadn't before I think It was electric it worked and started to unlocke the microphone songs!! I have now unlocked all three and it has taken me to the level with the spot lights. The microphone has now unlocked which I think will probably count towards those goals!
I hope this works for others too!!
