How can I play guitar in a neighbor city?

To play Guitar in a neighbor's city you just tap on the guitar and an option to "practice guitar" for 1 hour will pop up, tap on it and your Sim will start practicing. Then to have your Sim do the Fashion Hobby you just buy a Fashion Studio from the Promotions Store (Promotions 'R' Us) and place it in a room in the Sim's home, then tap on the fashion studio and select one of the options to have your Sim start designing. Once your Sim has finished designing a bubble will pop up above their head, once you tap on it will spin a light bulb and a bomb, tap the light bulb 3 times in a row to complete design and see what your Sim created. Try not to tap the bomb, if you do don't tap it more than once otherwise it will mess up the design and fail to complete the design and won't receive either XP points or Simoleons.
