You pick a neighbor's sim and then do the relationship building the same way as you would in your game, maxing out the Be Nice Action than the Romatic Action until they are dating.

You will only be able to do the love is in the air quest once you've done all the ones before. This means that you might be past level 7 but haven't yet done it because the quests before haven't been completed. Hope this helped!

Ok so I have to get my sim to be romantic to Neighbors sim but won't let me as not done the love in the air Quest and I'm on level 12 and I am best friends with a neighbor what do I do in the quest as haven't had the Quests yet and it's annoying me lol please help Thanks
