How do I get my sim to propose I already made them partners there moved in together I'm level 10 and I keep pushing romance please help

You have to wait for the proposal to be a goal. It'll happen in the next few levels. Once it is a goal, if your Sims are ready the option will be available. To make them ready for a proposal, have them be romantic or anything with the purple conversation bubbles. You have to wait

First while you are playing the game there might be a goal that will come up and say add a sim so if your sim is a boy then add a sim girl if your sim is a girl add a sim boy and then you have to unlock the goal move in together and to propose I think they have to be dating so when they are dating click on the propose marriage button and then you have to pick out a ring.

People listen, this is how I did it, there is a new update for The Sims FreePlay. Simply just have to update it. After that go to Sims and if one of your sims are partners press Propose Marriage, you will see that the Eternity ring is FREE, I said it, it's FREE. It worked for me. Then if they accepted keep on doing " Be Romantic ", until it's full. Then if your other sims are parters,press Propose marriage and the other ringa appeared!!! I used the Dino ring and they accepted.
