All you have to do is click on it I have android and at first it wouldnt let me clean it up but you have to have a sim and then click on the puddle and it will be cleaned up

The only reason that you shouldn't be able to clean it is
1. If you have a toddler and the green diamond thing is on her head
Or
2. If you are too far away. U can zoom in close to click on it.

What if the puddle is on the fishing dock at the park.

There's a pee puddle by the lake. When I click it, it shows me what I can do at the lake. Not to the pee
