First go to romance then flirt thats how I started mine

from my experience, if u want to start romance relatioship u cannot be the best friend or good friend...u must be a friend...and then u start to be a romantic

from my experiance , if u want to start a romance relationship u cannot start with good friend or best friend...u must start when u are friend with the other sim...when be a friend , u must be romantic to build a romantic relationship

I just found out after three hours of playing that if the curved bar has part of it filled, then you can scroll down for more options. Also, you have to have your rest level past the little mark to do the special actions like that.
