What is the significance of the little grey medallion that is found in all the scenes?

Its part of one of the objectives, you have to collect 200 grey medallions in order to open a little jewellery box, once you collect 200 then the box opens and has things to help you like energy or talismans or thing to help complete your collections
The grey medallion is called a badge. On your home screen on the top left side of your picture board is a jewelry box. If you click on. It it will trigger a pop up window and tell you how many badges you have and how many you need to reach the goal. It will also offer you the opertunity to buy the remaining badges to open the box. It is 1 crystal for 1 badge. The 1st level to reach is 200 the 2nd level is 400. I am working on the 2nd level right now. Good luck on your hunts.
