I can't find the water bottle that I need for the sick lady in the tent I'm stuck please help

Look in the tent. You vil Find IT Just behind the sick Lady. ☺
The second water bottle is in the tent with the sick lady
The water bottle is in the tent at the right side of the tent with the lady
I found 1st water bottle filled it with water took it to lady in tent it then disappeared no 2nd water bottle in tent searched all over stuck now need help
It's the same water bottle just go back to her & collect it then refill it.
