It's probably because your device is too low on resources, mostly memory.
If you have an android device, try getting into the Task Manager mode and go to the Memory option.
It will show how much memory all your installed apps are using.
Then find and tap the button below to clear running apps from memory and next tap on the RealRacing3 image in the task manager to reopen the app.
Once it has opened up you need to go back to that particular Le Mans race to load it. Since it's a pretty long track, it will take a few minutes.
If other apps hog the memory before the track loads, you'll probably need to uninstall the most memory hungry ones or find a way to prevent them from loading.
