I would suggest getting two rows of sunflowers and use some kind of catapult plat (Cabbagepult, kernalpult, MelonPult) because their plant food power hits everything plus if the gargantuan is getting to close for comfort use an Iceberg Lettuce

As far as I am aware there is no way to get infinite sun, but the best way to get rid of a gargantuar is by using a bunch of explosive plants, or ice berg lettuce.
