Shoot the control box next to the fan under the Billiards room, wait for the guard to lean on the glass and for the second guard to take position in front of the fan, shoot the glass the guard is leaning on -> domino kill. Then shoot the fan control box again for it to speed up excessively, sending the two guard bodies into the abyss.
