Chop shop not working

Whenever I try to sell a stolen car it acts like I never clicked the button to sell it. What to do

This happened to me. I pressed the pause button, went back to the game main menu, closed the app, then re-opened it. This worked for me.

Just turn off data/wifi, move away from the area and return. you should be able to sell now
