You have to train someone that you already have to reach level 5 in all job caregories. Use a change job book that you buy from the salesman to switch careers. Once you level all careers to 5, the hardware engineer becomes an option.

You have to win the grand prize at least once. Then read the artital about an escaped monkey (I'm not joking), he escaped for a zoo or something but like to play video game. Once you get that artilal look to hire, I used hollywood agant. Once you get the apps you should be able to hire the monkey!!! A hardware engineer.

You need to use the "Change Career Manual" with a level 5 employee and change his job to a "NEW" one. Once it's level 5 again, use the item, and change the job to another "NEW" one. Doing this 5 or 6 times, will show "Hard. Eng." as an option.

Level up one character (it doesn't matter which) to level 5 in their occupation. After this, use the Career Change Manual to change their job and level them up to level 5 again. Repeat this process until all of the possible jobs are level 5 for that character and the Hardware Engineer job switch will be a new option.

1. Buy a bunch of career change things
2. Level up your staff to 5 and use it
3. Keep doing it until he/she has mastered 5 jobs,
4. The next will be hardware engineer

Don't keep him/her for too long. They have really high salary, but if you fire him/her you might come across her/him while hiring
