How to hire a hardware engineer?

You have to train someone that you already have to reach level 5 in all job caregories. Use a change job book that you buy from the salesman to switch careers. Once you level all careers to 5, the hardware engineer becomes an option.

You have to win the grand prize at least once. Then read the artital about an escaped monkey (I'm not joking), he escaped for a zoo or something but like to play video game. You need to use the "Change Career Manual" with a level 5 employee and change his job to a "NEW" one. Once it's level 5 again, use the item, and change the job to another "NEW" one. Doing this 5 or 6 times, will show "Hard. Eng." as an option.

Level up one character (it doesn't matter which) to level 5 in their occupation. After this, use the Career Change Manual to change their job and level them up to level 5 again. Repeat this process until all of the possible jobs are level 5 for that character and the Hardware Engineer job switch will be a new option.

Select one level 5 and Change his job with the change jobs manual then level him up to level 5 do this on every job and once finished change jobs again an there should be hardware engineer then you can make a console I have to say quite a let down but still really fun. Glad I could help. :-)

1. Buy a bunch of career change things
2. Level up your staff to 5 and use it
3. Keep doing it until he/she has mastered 5 jobs,
4. The next will be hardware engineer

Don't keep him/her for too long. They have really high salary, but if you fire him/her you might come across her/him while hiring

Buy the career change Manuel 6 times then max out each job on the same person(changing their carrier to a different one each time) and then change it 5-6 times
