You can't pass it with ( supra ) you should to sell it and then buy the ( skyline ) and fully upgrade it you pass the level 3 very fast and like a piece of cake
Full upgrades on the Supra on everything (5), tune your final drive to 2.470 and nitrous to 2.750...even without a perfect start but perfect shifts you should be able to beat it. It worked for me.
Haha you can beat level 3 with the Surpra these people saying you can't don't know how to tune
