I made it to the call. You have to help find Sam's brother and investigate the place until Corey (Sam's brother) lets the monsters out to help Sam escape. You have to give up trying to expose the organization and try to run away. Sam will then ask you to call after 10 seconds to use the ringtone to distract the monsters.
